The implementation of information technology has become an effective strategy for improving administrative efficiency in schools. The implementation method consisted of six stages: preparation, planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and follow-up. The activities included lectures, demonstrations, hands-on practice, and mentoring on the use of information technology in school administration. The results indicated a significant improvement in administrative efficiency, marked by the transition from manual document management to digital administration. Participants demonstrated improved knowledge and practical skills in managing documents, organizing electronic archives, retrieving data efficiently, and preparing administrative reports in a more systematic manner. Furthermore, the adoption of information technology contributed to increased productivity among administrative staff, improved data accuracy, and enhanced quality of administrative services within the school environment. Overall, the program demonstrates that information technology can effectively support the digital transformation of school administration, leading to a more efficient, transparent, accountable, and sustainable administrative management system.
